San Mateo County Human Resources and Recruitment

The County of San Mateo was losing employees and candidates to other employers both in the private sector and to other public agencies. We needed to better communicate how San Mateo County is an ideal place to work for certain types of prospects while also reminding current employees of the advantages of working for the county.

We created the initiative “Work with Purpose” and designed this treatment to be used consistently with all materials.

We created social media templates for divisions within the county to share testimonials.

We also created poster and flyer templates for the County to promote open positions.
