Regional Parks Foundation

The Regional Parks Foundation helps ensure the future and quality of the parks throughout the East Bay of the San Francisco Bay Area. Our task was to learn more about their members by developing an in-depth research program. A membership survey was used to gain key insights into the membership base, assess satisfaction, and identify strategies to increase engagement and donor support. We created materials to promote the survey throughout the East Bay Regional Parks District.

Member participation was tremendous, with 23% of members completing the survey. Thanks to the Foundation’s engaged members and donors, we had rich data to analyze and gain meaningful insights to help guide the future of the Regional Parks Foundation brand and membership growth.
